For businesses with 20+ hands-on employees

Get paid for video of how your employees do their jobs

A phone on a chest or head strap records the work, not the person. Think a cook’s hands on the line. The footage teaches robots how real work gets done, and your business gets paid for it.

Why this exists

AI knows what work looks like in words. Now it needs to see it done.

Robots are learning to move through the world, use tools and finish real tasks, and there’s nothing to read. They need footage of real people doing real jobs, filmed the way the worker sees it. Our data partner pays businesses like yours to record it.

What gets filmed

Everyday tasks with a clear start and finish. Prepping an order, picking and packing, installing a unit, cleaning a room, swapping a part. Hands and tools in frame, audio on.

What you do

Approve which areas, tasks and people get recorded. Hand out the straps. Someone on your side checks in with the crew. That’s the whole job.

What you get

Paid for the footage your team records, by volume. About 2 hours a day per employee is the target. Most owners pass part of it on to the team as a bonus.

What a recording looks like

One task, start to finish, from the worker’s point of view.

Hands, tools, the workspace and the normal sounds around it. Nothing staged, nothing repeated to fill time. Your team records on their own phone, uploads from the app and gets back to work.

The gear

A strap and their own phone. That’s the whole kit.

A chest harness or a head strap holds the phone pointed at the work. They’re about $20 each, and our data partner reimburses them.

Questions owners ask
Is this weird for my staff?

Less than you’d think. It’s their own phone on a strap pointed at their hands, and anyone who doesn’t want to record doesn’t have to. Most owners pass part of the payment on as a bonus, which helps.

What about customers?

They can be in frame. Faces, documents, screens and anything that identifies your business get blurred or removed before the footage is used. You also approve which areas and tasks get recorded.

Who sees the footage?

The robotics lab training on it, after it’s anonymized. It’s not published anywhere and it’s only used for training.

Do I need to buy anything?

Just the straps, about $20 each, and they’re reimbursed. Employees use their own phones. Setup takes a few hours, then it’s mostly reminding people to hit record.

How much time does it take?

Each clip is up to 20 minutes. The target is about 2 hours of recording a day per employee, but nobody is penalized for less.

Your team already does the work. Now it can pay twice.
